Design and print details
This stylized tiger statue is engineered specifically for MSLA and DLP resin printers. The mesh is pre-configured for a 0.05 mm layer height, capturing the intricate fur details and facial structure derived from the original 2D illustration. Smooth curves minimize the need for heavy supports, ensuring clean bridging across the torso.
To conserve material, the interior features automated hollowing with a sturdy 1.5 mm wall thickness. A strategically placed 2.5 mm drainage hole sits at the lowest topological point. This eliminates suction cup failures against your FEP film and prevents uncured resin from trapping inside the print.
Mesh specifications
Generated via Hunyuan3D 2.1, this file bypassed manual mesh repair thanks to an automated manifold check. The resulting STL binary is completely watertight and free of self-intersections. Clocking in at 43.3 MB, the triangulated mesh sits comfortably within the 10K–500K vertex count optimal for consumer slicers.
Slicing and orientation
Send this model straight to the build plate using the included GOO/CTB or PM3M slicer formats. The default orientation is mathematically calculated to minimize support contact area on visible faces. Supports auto-generate only for overhangs exceeding 45°. If adapting for FDM, switch to a 0.2 mm layer height and add 15% infill.
